Gaham Martens
In short, Joel has over 15 years of experience operating Heritage Ranch and Westlake Grill, along with earlier experience running a guitar store and two restaurants.
The marketing and structural systems that guided these businesses over that period were developed through Joel Martens Design.
This included the creation of immersive guest experiences, such as date night experience design featuring carriage rides and curated hospitality moments, all designed to elevate how people connect with the space and with each other.
Drawing from years of hands-on experience, Joel has developed a unique ability to craft stories in a way that resonates far beyond the surface. The frameworks used throughout his creative process have been refined over time through real-world application and long-term operational insight.
This depth of experience allows him to bring stories to life in a way that feels authentic, relatable, and grounded in lived experience—connecting with audiences in a way that most conventional approaches cannot.
